Terms and conditions

Prices are in USA dollars. Event package prices include domestic shipping charges for prints/media; but additional prints/media ordered separately will incur separate shipping charge ($6 for US domestic per address). Prices do not include California Sales Tax of 9.25% (as applicable).

Major credit cards are accepted through PayPal (you do not have to have a PayPal account to use). PayPal, personal and business checks, money orders, cashiers checks are accepted. Checks held one week after deposit.

50% deposit due at booking.

Balance of basic charges due two weeks before scheduled event.

Additional prints must be paid for when ordered.

Dates for events will be held for three days without booking.

Refunds up to 75% of total package cost for cancellation by customer (75% up to two weeks before event; 50% less than two and more than one week before event; 25% up to seventy-two hours before event). Cancellation must be in writing.

If I must cancel a booking, due to an inability to perform, more than 30 days out, full refund of funds paid will be made. If I must cancel a booking, due to an inability to perform, less than 30 days out, a full refund of funds paid and a penalty not more than 25% of the booking value will be made. Cancellation due to non-payment results in forfeture of any fees paid.

I reserve the right to refuse to book a client for any reason.
